Weather permitting: As an outdoor-access service, we may need to reschedule in cases of severe weather that creates unsafe working conditions (heavy rain, ice, high winds). We'll give you as much notice as possible and get you rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.

Nope. You don't need to touch a thing. We handle all the sorting, lifting, and loading. Just make sure we have clear access to the garage.
When our crew arrives and you're ready to begin, we collect 50% of the quoted price. The remaining 50% is due when the job is complete and the garage is broom-swept.
Every garage is different. A photo lets us give you a real, fixed price — not a vague range. It also protects you from unexpected charges on the day of the job.

Once your job is complete, all removed items become the property of Garage Reset. Items with resale value may be sold on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. Usable items that can't be sold are donated to local organizations, and everything else is recycled or taken to an approved disposal facility. By signing our service agreement, you acknowledge and agree to this.
We cannot haul certain hazardous materials (paint, oil, chemicals, propane tanks). Please mention these in your quote request and we'll advise on proper disposal options.
We aim for every garage reset to be done in a single day — that's our commitment. In rare cases of extremely large or complex situations, we'll discuss timeline upfront before you commit.
Severe weather — heavy rain, ice, dangerous winds — can create unsafe conditions for our crew. We'll reschedule at no penalty and prioritize getting you back on the calendar quickly.
